Fun fact: in the city where I live in Germany there are wild parrots because a bunch of years ago like 20 of those suckers escaped their cage at the zoo and the city just thought “Oh well, they’ll die out.” and didn’t do anything but no the little hellcreatures spread like crazy and now like half the state has wild parrots and we get to wake up to lil screeches from hell every morning at 6 am.
the older i get the more i can understand why people back in the old fairytale days would just fuck off and be a hermit in the woods. just chilling out in the middle of nowhere and occasionally telling random heroes cryptic shit. living the fucking dream.
